When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Ici Là Bas reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until Ici Là Bas confirms acceptance and processes your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. All sales are final. Once an order or pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded. Your purchases are strictly subject to our Returns & Care Policy, which limits exchanges to verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or unauthorized export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, BILLING, AND PREPAID DUTIES (DDP)

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, posted prices do not include shipping or handling fees. For supported international destinations operating on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, applicable import duties, local VAT, GST, and customs fees are calculated and collected upfront at checkout. For any unsupported destinations shipping on a DDU basis, local import fees remain the sole responsibility of the recipient upon arrival.

Prices posted in our online store may differ from prices offered through third-party partners. We may offer, from time to time, promotions that affect pricing and are governed by separate terms.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made at our store. You represent and warrant that:

• The credit card or payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete.

• You are duly authorized to use such payment method for the purchase.

• Charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment issuer or financial institution.

• You will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping, handling, and all applicable duties/taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES

All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, postal networks, customs clearance, or events outside our reasonable control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Refusing a delivery or failing to collect a parcel from courier or postal authorities does not constitute an authorized return or cancellation. Original shipping charges, prepaid import duties/VAT, and courier return charges incurred on refused or uncollected shipments are strictly non-refundable. Re-shipping costs for returned parcels due to address errors or non-claim will be billed to the customer.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brand names, designs, text, images, graphics, product photography, video, audio, and their layout/selection, are owned by Ici Là Bas, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by Hong Kong and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
